Foreign Languages in the U.S. Code: Title 20, Chapter 62, Subchapter I, Part A

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating foreign languages are compiled in the United States Code under Title 20, Chapter 62, Subchapter I, Part A. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Training (including foreign languages) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, American Competitiveness of the US Code, including foreign languages) by chapter and subchapter.
