Marine Mammal Protection in the U.S. Code: Title 16, Chapter 31
The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating marine mammal protection are compiled in the United States Code under Title 16, Chapter 31. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Conservation (including marine mammal protection) of the United States.
