Finding the law: Seeds in the U.S. Code

Seeds in the U.S. Code: Title 7, Chapter 37

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating seeds are compiled in the United States Code under Title 7, Chapter 37. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Agriculture (including seeds) of the United States.
