Inter Partes Review in the U.S. Code: Title 35, Part III, Chapter 31

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating inter partes review are compiled in the United States Code under Title 35, Part III, Chapter 31. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Patents (including inter partes review) of the United States.
