Rules of Courts in the U.S. Code: Title 28, Part V, Chapter 131

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating rules of courts are compiled in the United States Code under Title 28, Part V, Chapter 131. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Judiciary (including rules of courts) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Judicial Procedure of the US Code, including rules of courts) by chapter and subchapter.
