Measures to Assist Victims of Apartheid in the U.S. Code: Title 22, Chapter 60, Subchapter II

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating measures to assist victims of apartheid are compiled in the United States Code under Title 22, Chapter 60, Subchapter II. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Foreign Relations (including measures to assist victims of apartheid) of the United States.
