Administration, Department of

Administrative Rules and Bulletin Search – Keyword search of Idaho Administrative Code (a compilation of all administrative rules that are currently in effect) and Idaho Administrative Bulletin (the monthly publication of amendments to or repeals of current rules, newly-proposed rules, Executive Orders of the Governor, and other related rules documents).
Idaho Government Telephone Directory – State employee email email and phone search by name and/or by agency, board, commission, department or division. Database has a warning: “This inquiry may not be used for any commercial purpose or mailing list”.

Criminal Identification, Bureau of

Central Sex Offender Registry – This registry is distinct and separate from the criminal history record system. An offender subject to the law must register annually with a sheriff who forwards a fingerprint card and photograph to BCI. The registry is automated and available to criminal justice agencies in Idaho via ILETS and limited information is available to the public through this site. It is searchable by last name, county, or zip code.

Idaho Department of Commerce

IdahoWorks Business Services System – IdahoWorks database allows business owners to write, edit, and manage Job Listings that are searchable by job seekers nationwide, then review lists of candidates who have inquired about the job and screen some applicant profiles and resumes.

Idaho Transportation Department

Interactive Driver’s License Record (DLR) Search – This application allows businesses, individuals and government agents who meet the eligibility criteria set forth under Idaho law, I.C. § 49-202, § 49-203 and Administrative Rule No. 39.02.41, to perform real-time searches of the Idaho Transportation Department’s driver’s license database. The database is designed to allow private citizens to audit their driver’s license record as maintained by the Idaho Department of Transportation. Receipt of a printable copy of your DLR costs $5.50. A DLR (Driver License Record) is a computer generated list of convictions and actions (including suspensions, restorations, driver’s license data, and points assessed) incurred by the motorist while driving in any state. A citation issued in another state will be shown on the driving record if it was for a citable offense in Idaho.

Secretary of State

Business Entity Search – Search for businesses registered in Idaho by name and/or city, registered agent name and/or city, organization ID/filing number, or date of origination/authorization. Includes link to a page of suggestions for successful searches.
Trademark Search – The Idaho Secretary of State Trademark Search database is searchable by by wordmark or keywords, business or last name, first name, filing number, and trademark status. It contains only trademarks and service marks registered with the State of Idaho; it does not contain information on federal, foreign or common law trademarks, nor trademarks registered with other states.
