Kentucky Law Journal/ in United States
Kentucky Law Journal
The Kentucky Law Journal is the tenth oldest law review published by the nation’s law schools. Publication has been continuous since 1913. Four issues are published annually by the University of Kentucky College of Law. The Journal is edited entirely by a student editorial board, with guidance from a faculty advisor. Each issue contains articles written by prominent national scholars and notes written by Journal members encompassing a broad range of legal topics.
The Journal welcomes the submission of unsolicited articles. Submissions should include the author’s resume or curriculum vitae with citations in the form of footnotes and formatted according to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (19th ed. 2010). Unsolicited manuscripts will not be returned unless accompanied by a return envelope and postage.
We do not consider manuscripts written by current law students who are not students at the University of Kentucky College of Law.
