Wetlands in the U.S. Code: Title 16, Chapter 59A

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating wetlands are compiled in the United States Code under Title 16, Chapter 59A. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Conservation (including wetlands) of the United States.
