The Analysis of Regulatory Functions in the U.S. Code: Title 5, Part I, Chapter 6

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating the analysis of regulatory functions are compiled in the United States Code under Title 5, Part I, Chapter 6. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Government Organization (including the analysis of regulatory functions) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Government Agencies and Regulation of the US Code, including the analysis of regulatory functions) by chapter and subchapter.
