System of Accounts in the U.S. Code: Title 48, Chapter 12, Subchapter VI

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating system of accounts are compiled in the United States Code under Title 48, Chapter 12, Subchapter VI. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Territories (including system of accounts) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Virgin Islands of the US Code, including system of accounts) by chapter and subchapter.
