State Technical Committees in the U.S. Code: Title 16, Chapter 58, Subchapter VI

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating state technical committees are compiled in the United States Code under Title 16, Chapter 58, Subchapter VI. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Conservation (including state technical committees) of the United States.
