Rights-of-way in the U.S. Code: Title 43, Chapter 35, Subchapter V

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating rights-of-way are compiled in the United States Code under Title 43, Chapter 35, Subchapter V. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Public Lands (including rights-of-way) of the United States.
