Rights and Benefits in the U.S. Code: Title 33, Chapter 43, Subchapter V
The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating rights and benefits are compiled in the United States Code under Title 33, Chapter 43, Subchapter V. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Navigation and Navigable Waters (including rights and benefits) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration of the US Code, including rights and benefits) by chapter and subchapter.
