Reasonable Care Definition
Such care and diligence as an ordinarily prudent man would exercise under the same circumstances. It is synonymous with “ordinary care.” 34 Wis. 318; 79 Ga. 44. The term is altogether a relative one, dependent on the circumstances, and the nature of the duty owed. See 25 Md. 521,
