The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating programs in stem fields are compiled in the United States Code under Title 20, Chapter 28, Subchapter III, Part E, Subpart 2. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Students (including programs in stem fields) of the United States.
