Program Integrity in the U.S. Code: Title 20, Chapter 28, Subchapter IV, Part G

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating program integrity are compiled in the United States Code under Title 20, Chapter 28, Subchapter IV, Part G. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Students (including program integrity) of the United States.
