Personation Definition
The offense of falsely representing one’s self as another person, and thereby obtaining some material advantage. The offense of personating a voter is complete as soon as a person has,’ to the proper ofiicer, falsely represented himself as the person entitled to vote, even though he stop short of voting. 33 L. J. M. C. 81 ; 4 B. & S 15.
