Obstruction of Justice in the U.S. Code: Title 18, Part I, Chapter 73
The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating obstruction of justice are compiled in the United States Code under Title 18, Part I, Chapter 73. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Crimes and Criminal Law (including obstruction of justice) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Justice of the US Code, including obstruction of justice) by chapter and subchapter.
