Low Tuition in the U.S. Code: Title 20, Chapter 28, Subchapter IX, Part M

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating low tuition are compiled in the United States Code under Title 20, Chapter 28, Subchapter IX, Part M. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Students (including low tuition) of the United States.
