Jurisdiction Over Criminal and Civil Actions in the U.S. Code: Title 25, Chapter 15, Subchapter III

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating jurisdiction over criminal and civil actions are compiled in the United States Code under Title 25, Chapter 15, Subchapter III.
