Implementation of the Convention in the U.S. Code: Title 33, Chapter 51, Subchapter II

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating implementation of the convention are compiled in the United States Code under Title 33, Chapter 51, Subchapter II. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Navigation and Navigable Waters (including implementation of the convention) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Clean Hulls of the US Code, including implementation of the convention) by chapter and subchapter.
