Gun-free Schools in the U.S. Code: Title 20, Chapter 47, Subchapter VIII

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating gun-free schools are compiled in the United States Code under Title 20, Chapter 47, Subchapter VIII. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Schools (including gun-free schools) of the United States.
