Electronic Records and Signatures in Commerce in the U.S. Code: Title 15, Chapter 96, Subchapter I

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating electronic records and signatures in commerce are compiled in the United States Code under Title 15, Chapter 96, Subchapter I. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Trade Law (including electronic records and signatures in commerce) of the United States.
