Electronic Records and Signatures in Commerce in the U.S. Code: Title 15, Chapter 96, Subchapter I

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating electronic records and signatures in commerce are compiled in the United States Code under Title 15, Chapter 96, Subchapter I.
