Articles from Housing and Development Reporter Current Developments, a biweekly newsletter reporting on late-breaking events and issues surrounding housing and development. Topics covered include new concepts and creative ventures, construction and development issues affecting public- and private- sector activity, court decisions, and tax and securities issues.
