Designated Management Areas in the U.S. Code: Title 43, Chapter 35, Subchapter VI

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating designated management areas are compiled in the United States Code under Title 43, Chapter 35, Subchapter VI. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Public Lands (including designated management areas) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Land Policy and Management and Policy of the US Code, including designated management areas) by chapter and subchapter.
