Coordination of Programs in the U.S. Code: Title 16, Chapter 1, Subchapter LXIX, Part A

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating coordination of programs are compiled in the United States Code under Title 16, Chapter 1, Subchapter LXIX, Part A. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Conservation (including coordination of programs) of the United States.
