Basic Programs in the U.S. Code: Title 20, Chapter 47, Subchapter I

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating basic programs are compiled in the United States Code under Title 20, Chapter 47, Subchapter I. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Schools (including basic programs) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Elementary and Secondary Schools of the US Code, including basic programs) by chapter and subchapter.
