The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating apprehension and restraint are compiled in the United States Code under Title 10, Subtitle A, Part II, Chapter 47, Subchapter II. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to General Military Law (including apprehension and restraint) of the United States.
