Waivers in the U.S. Code: Title 20, Chapter 70, Subchapter IX, Part D
The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating waivers are compiled in the United States Code under Title 20, Chapter 70, Subchapter IX, Part D. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Schools (including waivers) of the United States.
