Space Programs in the U.S. Code: Title 10, Subtitle A, Part IV, Chapter 135
The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating space programs are compiled in the United States Code under Title 10, Subtitle A, Part IV, Chapter 135. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to General Military Law (including space programs) of the United States.
