Plant Patents in the U.S. Code: Title 35, Part II, Chapter 15

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating plant patents are compiled in the United States Code under Title 35, Part II, Chapter 15. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Patents (including plant patents) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Inventions of the US Code, including plant patents) by chapter and subchapter.
