Library Literacy Programs in the U.S. Code: Title 20, Chapter 16, Subchapter VI

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating library literacy programs are compiled in the United States Code under Title 20, Chapter 16, Subchapter VI. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Education (including library literacy programs) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Public Library and Literacy of the US Code, including library literacy programs) by chapter and subchapter.
