The Judiciary in the U.S. Code: Title 48, Chapter 8A, Subchapter IV
The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating the judiciary are compiled in the United States Code under Title 48, Chapter 8A, Subchapter IV. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Territories (including the judiciary) of the United States.
