Missions and Authority in the U.S. Code: Title 10, Subtitle A, Part I, Chapter 22, Subchapter I

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating missions and authority are compiled in the United States Code under Title 10, Subtitle A, Part I, Chapter 22, Subchapter I. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to General Military Law (including missions and authority) of the United States.
