Post-grant Review in the U.S. Code: Title 35, Part III, Chapter 32

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating post-grant review are compiled in the United States Code under Title 35, Part III, Chapter 32. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Patents (including post-grant review) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Protection and Patent Rights and Rights of the US Code, including post-grant review) by chapter and subchapter.
