Creditors and Claims in the U.S. Code: Title 11, Chapter 5, Subchapter I

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating creditors and claims are compiled in the United States Code under Title 11, Chapter 5, Subchapter I. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Bankruptcy (including creditors and claims) of the United States.
