Library Programs in the U.S. Code: Title 20, Chapter 72, Subchapter II, Part 2

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating library programs are compiled in the United States Code under Title 20, Chapter 72, Subchapter II, Part 2. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Education (including library programs) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Public Library of the US Code, including library programs) by chapter and subchapter.
