Cable Communications in the U.S. Code: Title 47, Chapter 5, Subchapter V-A

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating cable communications are compiled in the United States Code under Title 47, Chapter 5, Subchapter V-A. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Telecommunications (including cable communications) of the United States.
