Rights and Advocacy in the U.S. Code: Title 29, Chapter 16, Subchapter V

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating rights and advocacy are compiled in the United States Code under Title 29, Chapter 16, Subchapter V. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Labor (including rights and advocacy) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Labor Rehabilitation Services of the US Code, including rights and advocacy) by chapter and subchapter.
