Creditors, the Debtor, and the Estate in the U.S. Code: Title 11, Chapter 5

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating creditors, the debtor, and the estate are compiled in the United States Code under Title 11, Chapter 5. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Bankruptcy (including creditors, the debtor, and the estate) of the United States.
