User Fees in the U.S. Code: Title 49, Subtitle VIII, Chapter 603

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating user fees are compiled in the United States Code under Title 49, Subtitle VIII, Chapter 603. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Transportation (including user fees) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Pipelines of the US Code, including user fees) by chapter and subchapter.
