Textiles in the U.S. Code: Title 19, Chapter 22, Subchapter III, Part B

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating textiles are compiled in the United States Code under Title 19, Chapter 22, Subchapter III, Part B. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Customs Duties (including textiles) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Uruguay Round Trade Agreements of the US Code, including textiles) by chapter and subchapter.
