Ancillary and Other Cross-border Cases

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating ancillary and other cross-border cases are compiled in the United States Code under Title 11, Chapter 15. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Bankruptcy (including ancillary and other cross-border cases) of the United States.
