Fiscal Procedures in the U.S. Code: Title 2, Chapter 17A, Subchapter II

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating fiscal procedures are compiled in the United States Code under Title 2, Chapter 17A, Subchapter II. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Congress (including fiscal procedures) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Budget and Congress of the US Code, including fiscal procedures) by chapter and subchapter.
