Taiwan Relations in the U.S. Code: Title 22, Chapter 48

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating taiwan relations are compiled in the United States Code under Title 22, Chapter 48. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Foreign Relations (including taiwan relations) of the United States.
