Tobacco Control in the U.S. Code: Title 7, Chapter 21B

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating tobacco control are compiled in the United States Code under Title 7, Chapter 21B. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Agriculture (including tobacco control) of the United States.
