The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating awarding of contracts are compiled in the United States Code under Title 41, Subtitle I, Division C, Chapter 37. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Public Contracts (including awarding of contracts) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Federal Procurement Policy and Procurement of the US Code, including awarding of contracts) by chapter and subchapter.
