Safe Schools in the U.S. Code: Title 20, Chapter 68, Subchapter VII

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating safe schools are compiled in the United States Code under Title 20, Chapter 68, Subchapter VII. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Education (including safe schools) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, National Education Reform of the US Code, including safe schools) by chapter and subchapter.
