Highway Safety in the U.S. Code: Title 23, Chapter 4

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating highway safety are compiled in the United States Code under Title 23, Chapter 4. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Highways (including highway safety) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Safety of the US Code, including highway safety) by chapter and subchapter.
